Radicchio

  • Costarossa, a specialty Verona type with stunning dark red leaves and unique red ribbing.

  • Galileo (pictured), a variegated round type that is a hybrid with great yields, very uniform with light green leaves and bright pinkish red speckles.

Winter Squash

  • Black Futsu (pictured), the popular Japanese squash with amazingly sweet flavor and skin that can be eaten when cooked.

  • Steph Kuri, a very uniform and high yielding Kuri type with light orange/tan sutras on the bottom that adds a wonderful look to this squash.

  • Goldilocks, an orange acorn that is bright and vibrant, perfect as an orna-edible squash.

Pumpkins

  • Mix and match with Jester, Mint Prince, Porcelain Princess and Jade Knight! All similar sizes and style with different colors for an eye-catching display.

  • Grizzly bear, a decorative buff-colored pumpkin with lots of warts.

  • Moonstacker the large, flat white stacking pumpkin with deeper ribs and less scarring than Flat White Boer.

  • Marina di Chioggia, a classic from Italy with beautiful grey/green flesh, bubbly textue and amazing flavor. A great orna-edible!

  • Orangita, Casperita and Midnight (pictured), a trio of small pumpkins of different colors for a unique display.
