This year, Osborne Quality Seeds celebrates the milestone of 40 years in the seed industry. Christel and Wayne Osborne founded W. Osborne International Seed in 1982, in response to the changing needs and interests of growers located in the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia. We are proud to be carrying on the legacy they created for the past 40 years.

What changes have we experienced over the past 40 years? The addition of hundreds of seed suppliers, both large and small, giving you our customers an exciting expansion of product offerings; increased access to more varieties including higher quality organic seed; participation in supplier variety trials across the country, along with our own national trialing program and database for better regional evaluations and testing; expanded print catalog offering vegetables, herbs, cover crops and cut flowers in multiple forms including organic, untreated, treated and pelleted; improved website; territory sales reps and in-house customer service team; and resealable seed foils. Our reach has expanded to growers across the United States and Canada. We visit with you at regional conferences, trade shows and on the farm to learn how to best support you.

Throughout these 40 years, our priorities have remained the same--to provide high quality seed and excellent service. Developing and maintaining relationships with you, our customers, has always been the most important aspect of what we do. You guide our decisions and show us how we need to improve and where we need to go in the future. We have been honored to work with you in the past, and look forward to continuing our relationship with you for many years to come.
